Riders drivers are paid based on the amount of time and distance they travel while providing rides, minus Ridersr’s service fee. Drivers can view their fare breakdown in the Payments tab of the Driver app to see how much they earned for each trip.
Riders covers required costs such as gas, vehicle maintenance, and insurance for drivers using their own vehicles. However, drivers must cover any tolls or parking fees incurred while providing a ride as well as optional items such as vehicle cleaning supplies.
If you have an issue with a passenger during a trip, you can call Riders’s Critical Safety Line for assistance at all hours of the day. Additionally, you may be able to report the incident directly through your Driver app after completing the trip.
You must submit updated documents (such as your registration papers) at least once every 12 months in order to keep driving with Riders. Make sure that all information is up-to-date and accurate before submitting it through your Driver app or online portal.
Once a trip is completed and rated by both parties, payment will be processed within a day or 2, depending on your bank’s processing system and available funds in your account balance. You can view payment details in the Payment section of your Driver app at any time
